We approach new construction not as an ordinary contractor might but as an owner would. We have the foresight and flexibility to always question a design to ask, Is this what my tenant really wants?
Time and time again, new construction multi-family projects are often the same or very similar. We pay as much attention to the planning and design of a project as we do the end result.
With our experience in renovation projects, we have learned to expect the unexpected and to keep thinking all the time. If something that looks good on paper does not make sense to us when it has been framed for example, if dormers are out of scale or an interior room looks too small we can anticipate the consequences, recommend alternatives and value engineer a solution that works.
