This project consisted of the rehab and conversion of an old tobacco prizery warehouse into 43 units of affordable housing. The original building had been added onto six times. Three of these additions were removed to provide window walls and a courtyard. A partial basement area was converted into parking and extensive structural repairs were accomplished.
