    • Bennettsville, S.C. – rehabilitation of eight buildings on two blocks of Main Street
    • Mullins, S.C. – rehabilitation of five buildings on Main Street
  • Previous
    • Asheville, N.C. – historic renovation, Grove Arcade in downtown Asheville ($30 million project)
    • High Point, N.C. – Market Square Furniture Showrooms, a $40 million project that included more than 1 million square feet of showroom and office space. This project covered an entire block of downtown High Point and had a tight and critical schedule.
    • Hilton Head Island, S.C. – South Shores Condominiums, a $30 million beachfront project located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Construction of five-story complex with 27 high-end condos that sold in the $1 million-to-$3 million dollar range.
    • Greensboro, N.C. – Studebaker Showroom renovation, a $1.3 million rehab project converting the old Studebaker garage into office and studio space for Graphica.
    • High Point, N.C. – Natuzzi Building, an award-winning project looks like a ship and is built in a reflecting pool.
    • Badin Lake, N.C. – Old North State Clubhouse. a $3 million lakefront clubhouse at the Old North State Club at Uwharrie Point
    • Chapel Hill, N.C. – Vance Villas, golf course condos located in Governor's Club, which sold in the $400,000-to-$600,000 range.
    • Greensboro, N.C. – Well Springs, a $10 million, 130-unit retirement complex.
    • Greensboro, N.C. – Hospice, headquarters for Hospice of Greensboro.
    • Lenoir, N.C. – Lenoir High School Apartments. A $2.2 million rehab project that converted the old high school to senior housing.
    • High Point, N.C. – Lexington Furniture Showrooms, a $15 million project combining new construction and renovation to create showroom and office space with huge reflecting pool and connected by a glass enclosed bridge.
