Asheville, N.C. historic renovation, Grove Arcade in downtown Asheville ($30 million project)
- High Point, N.C. Market Square Furniture Showrooms, a $40 million project that included more than 1 million square feet of showroom and office space. This project covered an entire block of downtown High Point and had a tight and critical schedule.
- Hilton Head Island, S.C. South Shores Condominiums, a $30 million beachfront project located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Construction of five-story complex with 27 high-end condos that sold in the $1 million-to-$3 million dollar range.
- Greensboro, N.C. Studebaker Showroom renovation, a $1.3 million rehab project converting the old Studebaker garage into office and studio space for Graphica.
