The Rose Hotel
Situated in the heart of historic York, S.C., the Rose Hotel wasn’t long for the wrecking ball when Rehab Builders began extensive renovation. The Rose has bloomed anew into 15 apartments and commercial space in a revitalized downtown district.

Hotel Kinston - Kinston, NC

The Hotel Kinston, located in downtown Kinston, NC, was an old, run down hotel until Rehab Builders, Inc. showed up!  The historic building has been converted into 38 elderly affordable apartments, along with commercial and community space. The project also included the conversion of an old boiler room into two townhouse type units and the addition of a small connecting building to achieve the required number of units.
